Better Homes Barnsley

Better Homes Barnsley is a council endorsed energy efficiency scheme which helps homeowners and private tenants across the borough live in warmer, healthier homes.

We work with Barnsley Council to help local residents heat their homes for less by installing energy saving home improvements.

In some cases, low income residents and those with certain health conditions can benefit from council and central government grants to contribute towards the cost of measures.

Hundreds of local residents have benefited from warmer and healthier homes so far. You can find out about some of their stories here, or take a look at the measures they’ve had fitted below.

Contact the Better Homes Barnsley team for more information on 0800 597 1500  or click here  to get a personalised offer for your home. Offers and funding are limited so are on a first come, first served basis.
